Women’s CrossFit

Our Women’s CrossFit class is a special twice weekly class available only for women. This class was created organically at our gym “For women – By women”. Although the workout in this class is identical to the Workout Of the Day (WOD) the environment is conducive to a feminine energy and extremely supportive atmosphere. This class is open to women of all skill level.

WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
