"There comes a point in most workouts where you question what you're doing and you simply wish it would end. This happens for me in longer workouts usually---one's that are over 15 minutes and/or 7 rounds or more. I'll be plowing along and in the 4th round out of 7 I'll think, "This is stupid. I don't even care about my time. If nobody were here with me I would stop." It's at that very moment that I draw on information that I received at Greg Amundson's CrossFit Goal Setting Course. I remind myself to think positive. It takes effort but I have to block out those negative thoughts and concentrate on, "Feeding the right dog....the dog of courage." Greg beautifully illustrates how to set this plan in motion and if practiced it can have an immediate impact on your outlook both in and out of workouts. I use pieces from the Goal Setting Course in my daily life and my daily workout and the results have been nothing short of amazing."

OUR SCHEDULE FOR GROUP CROSSFIT TRAINING:

Monday – Wednesday – Friday: 6:00AM / 8:00AM /// 4:00PM / 5:00PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00AM / 8:00AM /// 4:00PM / 5:15PM (5:15PM is Bag Class)
Saturday: 10:00AM – Free Community Workout! /// 11:30AM – Advanced Class
Note: Our Saturday 10:00 AM workout is open and FREE to community members in Santa Cruz County. There is no CrossFit class on Tuesday / Thursday at 5PM, instead there is the Bag Class at 5:15PM, and there is no 5PM on Fridays. 

OUR SCHEDULE FOR KEYHOLDER OPEN GYM: (Athlete Add-On Package $29.00 monthly) 

Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 4:00 PM /// 6:00PM to 11:00PM (Must be flexible with gym cleaning schedule) Saturday 12:PM through Sunday 8:00PM (24 hour access) Check the Keyholder Page for reserved hours at Krav Maga.

Note: Keyholder Open Gym is limited to 25 athletes, and provides private access to the gym during non-use hours. Keyholder Open Gym includes access to all of our facilities, however, flexibility is required for the Krav Maga location due to special events and scheduled private training, which takes priority. Please email Info@CrossFitAmundson.com to learn more or sign up. The monthly cost of the program is $29.00.

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00PM – 7:15PM (at Krav Maga location)

OUR SCHEDULE FOR BAG CLASS: Tuesday & Thursday 5:15 PM – 6:00 PM (We recommend staying for Satvana Yoga after Bag Class!) Note: Bag Class is a free program for CrossFit Amundson athletes which teaches the basics of striking and incorporates a challenging workout on the heavy bags and shadow boxing, in addition to Kettlebell and gymnastics work. This is an awesome workout!
