"There comes a point in most workouts where you question what you're doing and you simply wish it would end. This happens for me in longer workouts usually---one's that are over 15 minutes and/or 7 rounds or more. I'll be plowing along and in the 4th round out of 7 I'll think, "This is stupid. I don't even care about my time. If nobody were here with me I would stop." It's at that very moment that I draw on information that I received at Greg Amundson's CrossFit Goal Setting Course. I remind myself to think positive. It takes effort but I have to block out those negative thoughts and concentrate on, "Feeding the right dog....the dog of courage." Greg beautifully illustrates how to set this plan in motion and if practiced it can have an immediate impact on your outlook both in and out of workouts. I use pieces from the Goal Setting Course in my daily life and my daily workout and the results have been nothing short of amazing."

OUR SCHEDULE FOR GROUP CROSSFIT TRAINING:

Monday – Wednesday – Friday: 6:00 / 8:00 / 10:00 AM /// 4:00 / 5:00 PM (Open Gym 6:00 – 7:00 PM)
Tuesday and Thursday – 6:00 / 8:00 AM /// 4:00 / 5:00 / 6:00 / 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Open Gym & Free Community Workout!
Note: Our Saturday 10:00 AM workout is open and FREE to community members in Santa Cruz County. There is NO 10AM on Tuesday and Thursdays. The last class of the day on Friday’s is from 4PM to 5PM. CrossFit Gymnastics training is Friday night from 5PM to 6PM.

OUR SCHEDULE FOR REGULAR OPEN GYM: 

Monday – Wednesday – Friday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Saturday 12:30 – 2:00 PM
Closed Sundays.

Note: Regular Open Gym is located at our HQ location and is staffed by a CrossFit Amundson Coach. These hours are an excellent opportunity to work on technique, develop foundational CrossFit skills, and make-up missed workouts. Open gym is available for our Full Time and Twice a Week enrolled Athletes. Enjoy!

Please note our pricing includes enrollment into both CrossFit and Krav Maga Training at CrossFit Amundson. There is an additional testing fee for Krav Maga for each series or belt. Auto-pay is required for all six month training agreements.
